All tuition must be paid by our automated systems. - Payment is due regardless if the student is absent.
- NEW THIS YEAR---You must sign up for Auto Draft (fees will come right out of your checking) or have a Credit Card on file to be billed. Both will come out on the 1st of the month.
- Any declined credit card payment will incur a $12 late fee. Any returned checks will in incur a $12 late fee as well as a $25 bank charge
- There is a $25.00 fee for all returned checks
- There is a $12 late fee for payments not complete by the 1st of the month.
- Cash payments may be made only if accounts are paid 2 months in advance.
- You must come to the front desk if you are no longer going to be taking class at BDC. We will then give you back your form with the auto draft or credit card information on it and have you sign a drop form. We will continue to charge you until we no longer have this form and you have signed off on your account. NO PHONE DROPS WILL BE ALLOWED.
- Each student is required to pay an annual Registration Fee of $25.00 per dancer or $35.00 per family. Registration Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.
- In order to register for a class, payment of the registration fee, 1st month’s tuition and auto payment form must be paid and submitted.
- The front desk must be notified when changing, adding or dropping a class.
- BDC reserves the right to refuse service to any student with an unfavorable payment history and or not following our studio policies.
- You must submit a costume order form that is complete with size you would like us to order and payment in full for your dancers costume to be ordered.
- ****EARN BDC BUCKS****
For every new student that you refer to BDC for our 2007-2008 year-that attends classes for 3 months – you will earn $10 in BDC credit. It can be applied to any BDC expense including tuition and Studio II Dance Supplies. This offer is valid from September 2007 through March 2008. This offer will not be combined with $10 registration that is available only on August 1 and 2, 2007
